Barwood Capital has appointed William Chambers as investment director from JLL’s London capital markets development team.
Will is a chartered surveyor who was a director at JLL, advising on disposals and acquisitions on a range of property asset classes throughout the UK.
He started his career at King Sturge and has 10 years’ experience sourcing and acquiring development opportunities.
Will is also the founder of PropSki, the UK’s largest property focussed ski networking forum.
Barwood Capital has also appointed Jonathon Ellerington as graduate surveyor.
Jonny joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he gained extensive experience in the valuation department.
He will assist the property team with the asset management of existing projects and through appraising new opportunities.
Jonny previously graduated with a first-class degree in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University
