2017 Fund

We are delighted to have completed the first close of our fourth property fund with £42m of commitments on 25 May 2017.  Click here for the full press release.

The 2017 Property Fund (the Fund) has secured the majority of the commitments from high net worth individuals and family offices as well as a material investment from Merseyside Pension Fund.

The Fund will focus on property assets in the UK’s prime regional markets outside London, with a focus on industrial and logistics assets.  The Fund will invest in sites with the potential for significant value to be added through planning, development and asset management and currently has two strong sites under offer.  The Fund has appointed Sue Clayton as its independent Chair.  See below for a brief biography on Sue.

A second close of the Fund is anticipated in early July 2017 with a minimum commitment of £1 million with a final close likely to be completed in early Q4 2017.
