160,000 sq ft vacant warehouse on a 5 acre site was purchased by the 2012 Fund in February 2015 in partnership with Taurus Developments in need of replacement. A detailed planning consent was secured for a new 120,000 sq ft distribution warehouse and later, due to increasingly more requirements for smaller mid-sized units, a three unit scheme with units from 25,000 sq ft to 56,000 sq ft.  Demolition for the previous warehouse has been completed and marketing of the site for a pre-let is being undertaken by Colliers, CBRE and, south coast specialist agent, Hughes Ellard .
