BP2015LP purchased this 5.72 acre site, marketed as Birmingham100 on Walsall Road, just north of Birmingham City Centre in October 2016, in partnership with First Industrial, a well known and experienced industrial developer in the Midlands, who will act as development manager on the site.

Planning was granted in January 2017 to speculatively build a 100,075 sq ft (9,296 sq m) industrial warehouse unit.  It will comprise a warehouse and two storey fully fitted offices, 47 HGV trailer parking spaces and 95 car parking spaces.

It will be completed by Q4 2017 and available for sale at £11.5 million or to rent at £6.50 per sq ft. It will be suitable for industrial storage and distribution, wholesale, cash and carry or trade counter uses.
