The property is in an excellent location with ample parking and is the closest out of town business park to Milton Keynes city centre. In severe need of investment, BCL completed a number of asset management activities including designing a new masterplan with planning consent for 150,000 sq ft of new Grade A offices, a successful letting programme and modernisation of the park with extensive improvements to the estate roads and landscaping. Since 2015 the vacancy rate has reduced from 30% to 7%.
