Barwood Capital is proud to have made the list in Property Week’s Best Places to Work in Property 2019. The rigorous two-part process, which was overseen by the Best Companies Group, involved surveying employers and employees about 7 areas of the business including Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications and Training, Development and Resources. Companies who made the list are considered to be some of the most progressive companies in the property industry.
Since Barwood Capital was established in 2009, the team has grown from three employees to 17. When it moved to new premises in 2017, the whole team was involved in the design and layout of the new office to ensure it would work for everyone. The new workspace includes break-out areas where staff can relax and socialise during the day and sit/stand desks for everyone so they can choose the best way to work for them.
