BRIP 6 Fully Committed Across Four Sites

Development in Bristol, Essex, Dorset and Sussex

The four developments that will comprise BRIP 6 are: 

Nailsea, Bristol – The site will comprise 17 open market homes alongside seven affordable homes located in a popular commuter town situated eight miles southwest of Bristol with excellent road and rail links.

Ramsden Heath, Essex – this former riding school and stables has planning permission for the development of six large houses. In addition, permission has been granted for an existing barn on the site to be converted into an impressive four-bedroom home. The Site is located in on the outskirts of a Ramsden Heath, a small village three miles to the north of Basildon, Essex. 

Poole, Dorset – the site has planning permission for the development of two exceptional houses in this highly sought-after and affluent town on the south coast of England. The houses will benefit from direct access to Pool Park and sea views over Parkstone Bay and Poole Harbour. 

Worcester Park, Sussex – the site has planning permission to build nine open market homes. This project will be a co-invest with BRIP 7.  Itis located in southwest London in the town of Worcester Park which lies in the boroughs of Sutton and Kingston, and partly in the Surrey borough of Epsom and Ewell.

Our existing Packages continue to perform well, with strong sales registered on projects at all stages of the development process. Our first two packages are now complete and BRIP 1 delivered an overall 29% return on equity to investors, with BRIP 2 producing a 28% return on equity, against our target investor equity return of 25%.

As individual projects, the latest three to complete were our developments at Send in Surrey (BRIP 2) which achieved a 34% return on equity, Tonbridge in Kent (BRIP 2 & 3) at a 32% return on equity, and Blakeney in Norfolk (BRIP 3) which achieved a 77% return on equity.  

 

We will be launching BRIP 8 early in the New Year and we have a strong pipeline of residential development opportunities that fit our strategy of delivering at least a 25% investor return on equity by investing in quality sites and partnering with well-established housing developers.
