Barwood Capital, advised by agents Savills and BrayFoxSmith and Development Manager Moorevale, has successfully leased space at Explore on Paradise Road in Richmond Upon Thames to Inforcer Limited. The Software company have agreed a 10 year lease on the 1st floor totalling 9,218 sq ft.

Situated close to Richmond Station, Explore totals 45,000 sq ft of market leading workspace with exceptional building amenities to include a private 4,200 sq ft landscaped garden, large private roof terrace on the fourth floor, club room lounge, gym and spin studio, extensive end of journey facilities and light-filled CAT A floors.
