Our history.

2022

BRIP 6 launched in February, followed by BRIP 7 in September, as well as Barwood’s latest Fund from its Growth Fund series, Barwood Regional Property Growth Fund V, which will continue to follow the same investment strategy.

2021

BRIPS 4 & 5 launched during the course of the year, as well as the launch of the Urban Industrial Income LP (UII) managed by BCCIM, a joint venture between Barwood and Caisson IM.

2020

BRIP 3 launched.

2019

Barwood Regional Property Growth Fund IV and BRIP 2 launched.

2018

The Barwood Residential Investment Platform (BRIP) is launched, an innovative way for private investors to invest in UK regional residential developments. BRIP 1, the first Package is launched in September.

2017

Barwood’s third Fund from its Growth Fund series is launched, Barwood Regional Property Growth Fund III. In the same year Barwood Homes and Barwood Land are sold to a European Private Equity Investor.

2015

Barwood Regional Property Growth Fund II launched.

2012

The creation of Barwood’s Growth Fund series, with the launch of Barwood Regional Property Growth Fund I.

2009

Barwood Capital created, an FCA regulated company to raise third party funds from investors, raising its first commercial property fund, Barwood Regional Property Income Fund I.

 

1996

Barwood Developments Ltd created from a management buyout of Wilson Connolly by Alan Rudge.
