BP2015LP purchased this 5.72 acre site, marketed as Birmingham100 on Walsall Road, just north of Birmingham City Centre in October 2016, in partnership with First Industrial, a well known and experienced industrial developer in the Midlands, who will act as development manager on the site.

Planning was granted in January 2017 to speculatively build a 100,075 sq ft (9,296 sq m) industrial warehouse unit.  The build programme was completed in November 2017 and comprises a warehouse and two storey fully fitted offices, 47 HGV trailer parking spaces and 95 car parking spaces.
