Commercial projects criteria
- Development (spec or pre-let)
- Refurbishment and major capex opportunities
- Asset-management-based initiatives
- Planning risk or change of use
- Project spend above £5 million
- Regional UK
Residential projects criteria
- £500K - £2.5 million equity investments
- Five to 20 homes
- Ideally three to five-bed family homes, or flats in exceptional locations
- Sites with planning permission
- UK-wide - excluding central London within the North and South Circular roads
- Experienced developers with successful track records
- 18 to 30-month term
