Barwood’s social network encapsulates our staff, investors, partners, suppliers, advisers, charities and the local communities where we live, work and invest.

Created in 2020 as a way to boost morale during the first lockdown 1.0, our Social, Fitness and Wellbeing Committee is now a permanent fixture and has had a productive year implementing Barwood’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy, which seeks to promote good mental health and wellbeing within the business.

At Barwood, our people are our greatest asset and we are proud to be certified as a ‘Great Place to Work UK’ in 2020 and 2021 and receive a Silver accreditation from Investors in People this year.
