Barwood Capital has seen continued year on year growth and has recently raised nearly £50 million for its latest property fund, the Growth Fund IV, a five-year closed ended fund with a target investor IRR of 13-15% per annum, that is investing in UK regional property, driven by significant ongoing changes in technology, infrastructure and demographics.

Hugh Elrington, managing director, Barwood Capital added: “We are delighted to welcome these four to the business, albeit while we’re all currently working from home, as we continue to invest responsibly and sustainably in those opportunities and locations where we can add value and deliver strong returns for our investors through market cycles.”
