New Home for Barwood Capital
Relocation Due to Covid-19
In October Barwood Capital relocated to brand new office premises at Pury Hill Business Park near Towcester. The move has come about, in part, due to how office space should be best occupied following the Covid pandemic and the team collectively deciding that they wanted a more collaborative working environment with exceptional on site amenities and facilities. Pury Hill Business Park offers an attractive rural setting with numerous nature walks, communal outdoor spaces, a gym, a café and even a sports field.
The office building is a new build with several other tenants and our ground floor office suite has been fitted out to Barwood Capital’s specification.
The new office layout is made up of formal hot desks and various informal working spaces with views of the park’s grounds and landscaped gardens. We have created more collaborative meeting spaces and a large breakout area, as well as the benefit of a large terrace. Hugh Elrington, managing director says “having spent nearly two years working from both the home and the office, our team has had to adjust to expect different things from their working day and we wanted to use the opportunity to create a better workplace. We hope our new office will be a home away from home for the team, that inspires their creativity and allows them to easily collaborate together”.
We very much look forward to welcoming our investors, advisors and consultants to our new offices.
